Back when the internet was still brand new, one Belgian woman already believed in trading fresh fish online. She had a vision that a Dutch restaurant owner could buy fresh salmon without having to be in a physical shop. That was the beginning of Pan European Fish Auctions: Pefa.
Our first service, Pefa Auction Clock, was launched about 25 years ago. Services such as Pefa Auction, Pefa Data for Fishermen and Pefa eLog followed. They are all online services that facilitate the work of fishermen, fish auctions and fish buyers. These services align with the needs of and developments within the fishing industry.
